How to bullet jump in Warframe

One of the things that set Warframe apart from similar marksman shooter titles, it has an extremely fun and aggressive movement system. You can run, jump, slide, wall run, hang on the wall, do somersaults and chain them all together in one continuous wave of motion as you travel through the levels.

Ball jumping is one of the easiest and most useful moves in the game. At a basic level, ball jumping is about jumping higher. If you crouch down, move the camera to look directly at your character, then jump, you will leap into the air, much higher than a standard jump. It's a great way to go awkward to reach places, but that's just the start of what you can do with the ball jump.

The best use of the ball jump is to do it while moving. If you are running, crouch to slide and hit to jump, you will ball jump straight forward. This causes your Warframe to do an odd forward spinning jump, which adds a burst of speed to their movement. After that you have a few options. If you do a double jump, you will do an extra jump before returning to the ground, where you can instantly slide and jump again.

If you press the right crouch button as you approach the ground, you'll instantly land while sliding, keeping your momentum going.

If you hold the aim button, your Warframe will prepare its equipped weapon and you can take down enemies in the air. This is a goal slip and will have you making up for some serious suspension time, traversing distances you couldn't hope to do with a standard jump.

The best way to get used to the Warframe movement system is to simply practice it. Enter the levels and be adventurous in the way you go through them, learn to link all the different parts of the movement system and you will cross distances like a real space ninja.
