The Return to Sender mission in Control AWE is a fun trip down memory lane for anyone who remembers chain letters. While real-life 'spooky' chain letters don't come true, Control's strange world means that protagonist Jesse Faden can't take any chances of not sending whatever she finds.
To start this side quest, you need to head to the Offbeat Offices area of the Investigation Area. You progress through this area as you play, so once you find the checkpoint in that area, look for a set of mail delivery tubes nearby. The chain letter is on the table in front of her. However, if you missed it on your initial reading, you can quickly go to this checkpoint to pick it up.
Once the letter is in your possession, you should copy it three times and distribute it in the surveys area. To photocopy the letter, quickly go to the operations center. Eliminate any Hiss enemies you come across, then head to the back of the downstairs. This is the part of the coin in front of the giant map of the USA.
There is a printer on this back wall. Interact with him three times to produce three copies of the letter. From there, you need to quickly travel to three areas - the Utility Corridor, Abandoned Offices, and Observation Deck - to view the copies of the letter.
