MediaHuman YouTube to MP3 Converter (Windows / Mac)
The first of the useful resources I want to tell you about is MediaHuman YouTube to MP3 Converter. You ask me how to use it? I'll point it out to you right away. The first step you need to take is to connect to the program's website and click on the link Download YouTubeToMP3 which is on the left.
When the download is complete, if you are using Windows, open the .exe file you just obtained and click on first Run and then Si. Then put the check mark next to the item I accept the terms of the license agreement and complete the setup by clicking on NEXT for four consecutive times and then on Install and end.
If, on the other hand, what you are using is a Mac, open the downloaded .dmg package and drag the MediaHuman YouTube to MP3 Converter icon to the folder Applications via the Finder window that opened on the screen. Then go to the folder Applications of macOS, right-click on the program icon and select apri per due turn consecutive.
Once the MediaHuman YouTube to MP3 Converter window is displayed on the screen, click on the button Paste link to paste the link of the video you want to convert to MP3. Alternatively, click in the center of the window and paste the link directly using the key combination Ctrl + V on Windows and cmd + v on Mac. Another way to insert the link is to drag it directly into the program window.
Finally, go back to the main program window, click on down arrow at the top right and your video will be immediately converted to audio and saved on your computer, in the folder Music (by default).
If you then want to change the destination folder of the songs downloaded with MediaHuman YouTube to MP3 Converter, click on thegear located at the bottom left of the main program window and select the item Preference ... give the menu to compare.
In the new window that opens on the screen, go to the tab Audio output and change the folder in which to save the MP3 downloaded from YouTube by clicking on the button Choose .... which is in correspondence with the wording Output folder:. Then save the changes made by pressing the button first Apply e poi quello OK.
I would also like to point out that, again from the same program preferences tab, you can change the bitrate as you think is more appropriate by selecting it from the appropriate drop-down menu. If, on the other hand, you want to intervene on quality, select the appropriate item and use the relative menu.
If you then use iTunes, you can also set the program to automatically export downloaded songs to its library. To do this, just put the check mark next to the item Add to iTunes and select the reference playlist from the drop-down menu below.
4K YouTube to MP3 (Windows/Mac)
Another great software, always free and available for both PC and Mac, that you can take advantage of to convert YouTube videos to MP3 is 4K YouTube to MP3. In fact, it is a resource capable of fulfilling the purpose in question in an excellent way, which is characterized by its extremely simple and highly intuitive interface. It allows you to save the audio of the videos present on YouTube in MP3 but also in OGG and M4A. Again, you can select the final quality of the audio file as well as the destination location.
You ask me how to use it? I'll point it out to you right away. First, connected to the download page of the program and click on the button Download 4K YouTube to MP3. When the download is complete, open the file obtained, click on Run and subsequently on Next. Then check the box to accept the terms of use of the program and press again on Next twice in a row. Then press on install, its Si, check the box to start the program immediately and press on Finish.
If, on the other hand, what you know using is a Mac, open the .dmg package you just obtained and drag the software icon to the folder Applications via the Finder window that opened. Now that you see the 4K YouTube to MP3 window on the screen, click on the button Paste link and the link of the YouTube video of which you intend to save the audio in MP3 will be pasted into the program. The download will then be started automatically. You will then find the song in the folder Music of your computer. That's all!
If you want, you can also immediately start playing the song you just downloaded by clicking on the button Play attached to the program window. If, on the other hand, you want to directly open the folder in which it was stored, move the pointer over it and select the item View in folder.
If, before starting the download, you wish to modify the software settings by changing the final quality of the file, the destination folder, etc., click on the item Instruments attached to the menu bar and select Preference .... Therefore, adjust all the various settings using the additional window you see appear on the screen.
Filegram (Online)
Don't feel like downloading new programs to your computer? No problem. As anticipated at the beginning, you can still convert YouTube videos to MP3 by using special online services. Among the various available on the square I suggest you contact Filegram. It is very easy to use, at no cost and is able to flawlessly fulfill the purpose in question, directly from the web browser (any). The audio download is in high quality and also allows you to set the bitrate. In short, what more do you want?
To use it, connected to the main page of the service, paste the link of the video of your interest in the field Paste the URL links here and check the box next to the item I'm not a robot. Wait a few moments for the video to be “captured” and make sure that the item is selected in the top left corner Audio and from the relative drop-down menu the item MP3 (and if not, you can do it yourself).
Then select the quality by choosing the available options below and assign, if you want, a different title to the song than that of the movie on YouTube. You can also edit the song tags by checking the box IDv3 below and filling in the various fields on the screen with the required data.
Finally, press the button Convert to mp3 and wait for the conversion procedure to be started and completed, then press the button Download. You can then download the song. If you have not made any changes to the browser default settings, the file will be saved in the folder Download Of computer.
If instead of saving the song locally you prefer to store it on one of the supported cloud storage services (Google drive, Dropbox and OneDrive), select the reference icon and provide the login data relating to your account.
If you want, you can also share the song with your friends by clicking on the button copy, to copy the sharing link, or by filling in the field E-mail, with the e-mail address of the person in charge and then pressing the button Send.
2conv (Oline)
If you are looking for an alternative to the online service above you can try 2conv. As per the claim, it allows you to convert YouTube videos to MP3 in one click. It works from any web browser, is free, very easy to use and also has a nice user interface. Trust me when I tell you it takes longer to explain how it works than to use it.
To use it, connected to the home page of the service, paste the link of the video on YouTube from which you want to extract the audio in the appropriate field, check that the item is selected in the adjacent drop-down menu MP3 (otherwise you can do it yourself) then click on the button Convert.
Once this is done, the video will then be downloaded and the relative audio extrapolated and in a few moments you can download it to your computer by pressing the button Download in the new web page that you will see appear. Again, the file will be saved in the folder Download PC or Mac (unless otherwise specified in the browser settings).

As I told you at the beginning of the guide, converting YouTube videos to MP3 is also feasible from mobile. Just use some ad hoc applications and that's it.
If you're willing to spend a few bucks to get your favorite YouTube songs, you can rely on YouTube Music, YouTube's answer to Spotify that allows you to access the entire YouTube catalog, including unofficial mixes, and to download songs offline. It is available as a web service and as an app for Android and iOS, but the offline content download can only be done from mobile and only after signing up for a subscription.
YouTube Music membership costs $ 9,99 / month (or $ 14,99 / month, if you choose the 6-person family plan) with an initial 3-month free trial. It also allows you to listen to music in the background and in audio-only mode, without advertising.
