Akstiletto Prime is the Prime variant The Akstiletto dual pistols. These powerful secondary weapons have higher damage, critical multiplier, status chance, magazine size, and ammo capacity than the standard versions. They have a slightly lower fire rate and critical chance, but this can be easily compensated for using The mods.
To build Akstiletto Prime you will need the Main Blueprint, two Barrels, two Receivers, and a Link.

Akstiletto Prime Relic Farming
These Prime Relics are earned differently from most The Primes in the game. You can get them by completing The missions in the Void, Plains of Eidolon, or Orb Vallis.
For the Void mission, load up as usual in the missions via your navigation screen. When you complete a spin, you will have the chance to receive one The Unvaulted Relics as a reward.
For the Plains of Eidolon, head to Konzu to see the available missions, and pay close attention to any Relics they can drop, as they spin. For Orb Vallis, visit Fortuna and talk to Eudico. Once again, she will have a list of bounties available, and you can earn the Relics in the form of rewards by completing the bounties stages.
You'll have to grind the bounties until you get The Relics for all the coins you need, then unlock them by running Void Fissures. Once you have all the pieces, you can build your new Premier in the Foundry.
