How to find Force Echoes in Jedi: Fallen Order

How to find Force Echoes in Jedi: Fallen Order

Cal has a unique ability in Jedi: Fallen Order to touch particular items and receive visions of an item's past. Players see the first occurrence on board the Mantis when Cal touches an instrument and remembers a song Cere had played on it before. Force Echoes are scattered throughout the game for players to find.

These echoes are useful pieces of memory, intended to give Cal the history of a place and to provide additional context about a place or its people. Players can view Force Echoes by going to their main menu and to the "Database" section. This area will display all of the Force Echoes found by players on a planet, and show that there is still plenty to find.

A force echo will look like a small, swirling blue spark of energy. As players approach it, they must hold the stick straight for Cal to find an object. Players must hold it for a few seconds. Once Cal processes the information, he's going to talk about it and talk about what he saw.

To find them, players must move away from the main path of the planet and explore the main mission area. BD-1 is probably going to comment on the fact that Cal is wrong, and he can even tell he feels something in the direction he's heading.

Some Force Echoes are purely memory points, others, more difficult, provide permanent improvements to Cal's stats. Players will need to find a number of Force Echoes to gain these benefits.

For players still looking for force echoes on a planet, be sure to check out BD-1's holomap to locate any missing areas. If a location requires a driving force that Cal doesn't know or the BD-1 Skill doesn't yet have, players should return to it after progressing through the game.
