If you took a photo with your device Android or with yours iPhone and now you want to overturn it, know that you will necessarily have to turn to some third-party application, as neither Android nor iOS have “standard” functions for overturning images.
One of the best apps to flip photos on smartphones and tablets is Snapseed, which is available on both Android and iOS. Snapseed is a very popular mobile photo editing solution developed by Google that is not only 100% free, but also very easy to use.

If you want flip a photo su Windows, know that you do not necessarily have to install third-party programs, as the operating system integrates various applications that allow you to complete this operation.
One of them is Paint, the famous drawing program present on practically all versions of Windows. To use it, start the application on your PC, click on the item apri present in the menu Fillet (the blue button at the top left) and select the image you want to flip. Then select the entire surface of the photo by clicking on the item Select all contained in the button Select.
Press the right mouse button anywhere in the photo and select the item Flip vertically or the voice Flip horizontally from the menu Wheel, to flip the image vertically or horizontally (depending on the result you want to achieve). If you want, you can also do this by opening the menu Rotate ▾ present in the Paint toolbar and selecting the item directly Flip vertically o Flip horizontally.
When the work is complete, save your edited photo by selecting the item Save with name from the menu Fillet di Paint. If you have a PC upgraded to Windows 10, know that you can flip images using Gallery, the default image reader that is present in the latest release of Windows. To do this, you have to open the photo you want to edit with the latter, press the button Edit and create (top right), click on the entry Modification in the menu that opens, press the button Cut and rotate and then press the button Flip. Also on MacOS it is possible to overturn a photo in a very simple way using a tool included "standard" in the operating system: Gallery.

At this point, open the menu Image (top left, in the macOS menu bar) and click on the item Speculating o Upside down, based on how you intend to flip the photo.
