The Split Flights mod is specifically for arcs and will increase multishot at the expense of accuracy. The mod will only work on bows and will not work on crossbows. It also won't work on Ivara's Artemis Bow.
The mod also cannot stack with Split Chamber, which also affects a weapon's multiple hit chance.
You can get the Split Flights mod from Baro Ki'teer for 300 Ducats and 200000 credits. As always, Baro's stock will change when he shows up every two weeks.
How to get Ducats
There are a few steps to getting your hands on Ducats in Warframe, but they're all part of the game, so you should always have the option of getting some. First of all, you need relics. Relics are mission rewards that can be unlocked to get Prime Coins. All Prime Warframes and Prime Weapons are locked behind relics.
First of all, you have to complete certain missions in the game to earn relics; they can drop from ANY type of mission. The second step is to unlock these relics by completing Void Fissure missions. You will find them in the upper right corner of your navigation screen. To open the relic, you play through the mission, collecting the reagents that will drop from enemies of the Void. Any enemy that has a gold energy field around them can drop this reagent. When you collect 10, the Void Relic opens and you complete the mission to collect the item it unlocks. If you are playing with a team, you can choose from the items that your quad has unlocked.
Now that you have Prime Coins, you can go to any Relay and go to where Baro normally spawns. There will be kiosks in the area, interact with one and the menu shown in the image above will open. You can exchange any of the Prime Coins you have for Ducats in this kiosk. They are worth 15, 45 or 100 Ducats, depending on the rarity of the item. That's it; you now know how to get Ducats.
Make sure you are careful with what you are selling and only sell parts for Warframes or weapons that you don't want to build yourself. For example, if you already have a Saryn Prime, you can safely sell any other Saryn Prime coins you unlock. Most players will have items they want to unlock for themselves, and items they might want to sell for Platinum in trading with other players, then they'll turn the rest into Ducats.
