To become a stronger fighter and survive Hellpoint, you need to increase your stats and upgrade your abilities to improve your various attributes. There are eight to choose from, and you need Axions to level up. To use Axions to level your character, you need to find a breach.
How to get Axions
You can find Axions all over Hellpoint. You can collect them or earn them by eliminating enemies you encounter on your journey. If you die, you lose one of the Axions you have on your character and return to the last breach you interacted with. You can find your Axions by going back to where you died and picking them up. If you die a second time without recovering them, you lose that stack of Axions.
How to increase stats and level up
Find one of the loopholes you discovered on your travels and interact with it. You want to go to the 'infuse user' option, and you'll see the eight available stats that you can increase, what bonuses you get for choosing them, and how much it costs. Each level requires more Axions than the last. Here are the eight stats you can choose from:
- Health: increases your health points.
- Endurance: increases your stamina points.
- Energy: increases your energy points and entropy defenses.
- Charge: increases your charge capacity and induction defenses.
- Strength: Increases the amount of damage you deal with your heavy weapons.
- Reflex: Increases the amount of damage you deal with your swift weapons and energy defenses.
- Cognition: increases the amount of damage you deal with guns
- Foresight: Increases damage dealt with catalysts and your nihl defenses.
You want to choose the correct statistics for the build you want to run Hellpoint. For those who want heavy weapons, go with more force. If you want to use a faster and faster build, go for the reflex. It all depends on your playing style.
