As keen as you may be to make your deliveries in Death Stranding Sometimes things go wrong. It is not easy, and the cargo you are trying to transport safely is likely to free fall along the way. If they are damaged, you may lose at the end of the delivery, when you get your note. Fortunately, there is a way to fix your damaged cargo and packages.

At some point, the essential things you are trying to deliver in Death Stranding are going to take damage. To repair the packaging, you will need a container repair spray. Interacting with your items and cargo is a bit of a nuisance in Death Stranding. First, you will need to open your inventory and then select the Package option. Select Unload to place it on the ground. Now hold the D-Pad right to open the items menu.


Select the container repair spray and equip it. Hold L2 to direct the spray, then R2 to shoot it at the container. Now the boat is fixed, but you want to do it as quickly as possible after it has been damaged. You can find container repair aerosols in distribution centers, so make sure you keep stocked, you never know when you'll need it.

If you explore the world and find a Timefall shelter, you can also use it to repair your containers. Get inside and your box will automatically be hit with a container repair spray. Timefall shelters are designed to protect you from the massive Timefall rain showers, so it makes sense that they have a way to fix all the cargo damaged by the rain.
