Hard Reset by device keys

Hard reset is an operation that restores the device to factory default settings. You can resort to hard reset if, for example, you have forgotten your tablet password. But be careful that with this operation the data will be deleted and therefore remember to make a backup before restoring.

For the backup we recommend using the MOBILEGO program, read the following guide: Transfer data from Tablet to PC

Steps to perform a hard reset:

  • With the device turned off, press and hold the " Volume Up "And"Power button"
  • Once the menu is displayed, release both buttons. Use the volume buttons to go to the “Factory Reset” option. Press the "Power" button to confirm the selection.

Hard Reset via Android Settings

If you can access the Android settings of your phone / tablet just go to "Settings"> "Factory data reset" in order to start the factory reset process of the device.
