It is a general failure, it is not possible to use the three applications WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, neither to receive messages nor to send them. Even by modifying our DNS, the services are offline, which means that the problem comes directly from the Facebook parent company.

There is no doubt that the company's teams are currently on the bridge to seek a solution to this problem. The concern seems really deep though. As Jane Manchun Wong points out, even an internal Facebook technical platform is currently down.
