They are extremely effective and you do not need to have any specific knowledge in the field of photo editing to use them. If you want to know how to retouch photos online quickly and easily without installing any program on your PC, the first service I recommend you to try is PicMonkey which allows you to edit images by adjusting all the main properties (size, colors, brightness, etc.) and applying many special effects to them. To use it, all you have to do is connect to its main page and click on the item Edit a photo located at the top left to select the image to retouch.
On the page that opens, there is a handy side toolbar divided into various sections: Basic edits in which there are tools to implement basic changes to the photo (cut it, resize it, adjust its colors, etc.), Effects in which there are many Instagram style effects, Touch up with tools to remove skin imperfections, Text to add text to the image, Overlays in which there are geometric shapes and other objects to add to the photo, Frames with custom frames, Textures with various textures and Themes with other elements to add to the image organized by themes (eg zombies, vampires, etc.).

To use it, connected to its main page and click on the button webcam to take a picture with the webcam and edit it "on the fly" or click on the button computer to select a photo you already have on your PC.
