One of the most common practices of Instagram stories has always been related to sharing music. This use has led the developers of the same social network to create their own Musical “stickers”, obviously making agreements with record companies and artists, to make life easier for the most loyal users.
When it comes to music, however, we cannot fail to consider Spotify, or the most popular streaming service in the world and capable of offering probably the largest catalog in this field. Precisely for this reason, Instagram has decided to make agreements with the aforementioned company and develop a simple, quick method of sharing that allows anyone to publish stories focusing on their favorite songs of the moment.
A useful share for Spotify, Instagram and all its users
To share any Spotify song via Instagram story, simply access the streaming app, click on the share button on the playback screen of the chosen track and continue through the link to Instagram Stories.
Once done, the story creation screen will automatically start on the social network. Here it will be present the cover, the artist and the title of the song chosen with, of course, the track in the background. Everything will be customizable through the classic stickers, that is: Animated GIFs, text, questions, polls and more.
The created post can then be shared publicly or privately via Direct. By clicking on the cover of the song it will also be possible to open the same content and listen to it through the Spotify app (if the premium subscription is active). The feature is available on both iOS and Android and requires the presence of both applications on the device from which it is used.
