How to steal cargo stolen from Death Stranding MULEs?

Unfortunate events can happen at any time in Death Stranding. Players can lose their cargo due to a strong current or be ambushed by a group of MULEs. If players lose their cargo at the hands of MULE, the raiders in yellow suits roaming the game, chances are they will bring the player's loot back to their camp. There is only one thing left to do: release these goods. Here's how you do it and collect your supplies.

How to steal stolen cargo in MULE after getting Death Stranding

You will first encounter MULEs during Episode 2 of the game when you make your way to the Distribution Center located west of Capital Knot City. They are going to ask you to buy some material for their printer, which they lost because another porter tried to deliver it to them, but MULEs were able to get them out before they arrived safely. You infiltrate the MULE camp south of the distribution center and retrieve the goods, as well as other supplies that the looters had collected.

Now when you play the game you will find yourself meeting other MULEs on your travels. These raiders will ping Sam and the cargo he's carrying, making it easy for them to locate him. While you can run away from your position, hide, or even defend yourself, you won't always escape. Every once in a while you will get ambushed and lose your cargo. When this happens, you need to research those MULE camps.

You will know this when you approach a MULE camp. Chances are, you can ping these thieves to see them carrying stolen items, which highlights them for you. Some players may have encountered the camp in their matches before, so they were kind enough to place signs nearby to warn other players in the area.

You will likely encounter MULEs and BTs in the areas marked in orange on the map. These represent dangerous areas, so be sure to equip yourself well before venturing into these places.

No matter how you find it, you will need to make your way to the center of their camp to collect the goods. They will be in a mailbox next to their central tent. The mailbox looks like the one you are going to place for players or other people around the map. Even though they look the same, they don't work the same way. Instead of leaving stuff, you're just going to take things. You are probably going to find a considerable amount of material besides those that were stolen from you. Take what you can get out of there.

You are likely to find several MULEs roaming the camp. These raiders are going to have several weapons designed to knock you out. If you're knocked out they'll steal whatever they can from your body, so if you're planning to raid a camp, you should probably expect not to take anything with you, in case the worst happens. Stumbling into a camp, however, could turn out to be lucky, if you are careful.

That's all you need to know about stealing MULE cargo. As long as you take your time, stay patient, and get down to it slowly, or take out the raiders one by one, you should be able to set off with your gear. All players should expect to come back with more than they lost.
