How to track iPhone off
Obviously we must have previously activated the function Find my iPhone. Without it, in fact, it will not be possible to carry out any operation on our lost device. If you haven't done so yet, you can follow our instructions.
If you have the function already active, go directly to the second step.
How to activate Find My iPhone
To activate this function just go to Settings > Username> iCloud> Find My iPhone and activate the voices Find my iPhone e Send last position, by moving the toggle su On.
Track iPhone off
At this point we are ready to exploit the full potential of this function. We can view the location of our iPhone, as long as it has been recorded in the last 24 hours.
So let's connect to the iCloud site and log in with ours account. We click on the app Find my iPhone and log back in with our account.
Once this is done, click on the item All devices and on the option related to our iPhone.
At this point we must pay attention to the dot that indicates the position of our iPhone.
- If it is of colore green it means that the iPhone is turned on and we are displaying its position in real time.
- If it is of Color: Grey it means our iPhone is off and we're viewing hers last position detected.
At this point we can choose to activate the Lost mode to leave a message or a phone number for the person who finds it. Furthermore we can also choose to restore our iPhone.
