Mentor Roulette is a difficult way for max level players to earn tombstones and other rewards while helping new players.
When you line up for Mentor Roulette, you can be placed in almost any instantiated content except Bahamut Reels and Wild Raids. The queue automatically adds you to any queued group that has waited the longest for someone in your class.
Mentor Roulette Rewards
Completing a Mentor Roulette awards 30 Ghost Stones and 10 Allegory Stones in addition to the rewards offered by the instance you complete.
Completing multiple Mentor Rollers earns you Achievements, Titles, and Glamor. The most popular reward is the 2-seater Astrope mount, which you earn after completing 2000 Mentor's Rollers.
Mentor Roulette System Requirements (As of Patch 5.2)
You must meet two conditions to unlock Mentor Roulette:
- You must be a PvE mentor. Crafting / Gathering Mentors and PvP Mentors cannot access Mentor Roulette.
- You must have completed every dungeon, trial, guild attempt, and raid that appears in Mentor Roulette.
