How to use the Empyrean Foundation event to farm God Rolls in Destiny 2

How to use the Empyrean Foundation event to farm God Rolls in Destiny 2

With the Empyrean Foundation event going on in Destiny 2, there was an unexpected side effect of all those Guardians giving the Tower Obelisk Polarized Fractal. Anyone can get a lot of Timelost weapon bonuses. That means a lot of weapons with a lot of random throws, so now is a good time to try and find God Rolls.

If you don't have access to the Empyrean Foundation event yet, you'll need to clean up for Saint-14, which is in the Tower Hangar.

Once you gain access to the Empyrean Foundation, you will need to start farming Polarized Fractaline, which can then be donated to the Tower Obelisk to complete the Empyrean Foundation goals. Each time you do so, you will progress 25% towards any of the Timelost Bounties you hold, and each donation is 100 Polarized Fractals. So for just 400 Fractaline, you can complete four Timelost Bounties, resulting in four weapons with random rolls. Will some of them be God Rolls? Perhaps.

God Rolls are considered to be the perfect combination of perks for a specific weapon, the ones that turn it into something really special and give you an edge in the game's PvP and PvE activities.

Because you can grab Timelost bounties from the Tower Obelisk, which is also where you drop the Fractal, it's a pretty effective way to quickly grab a lot of weapons and see if any of them have strong rollers. The ones you don't like can simply be broken down into your inventory for materials. Just take whatever bounty you want from the Obelisk, then quickly donate Fractaline four times.

All you need to do is cultivate Fractaline and some Glimmer to continue the process. Bungie might also decide to end the event before the Empyrean Foundation event ends, so if you want to take advantage of that, it's best to do so now.
