The team has a little Easter egg where if you gain the right skills, any character you cast in the game can work for the BitLife team. While nothing about your character directly changes the game, it's a fun thing to do. However, you need the proper education to work for them.
The first thing to do is make sure your character lives in Miami. They can start there, or you can move there after a few years. Either way, Miami will be the destination you want to look for after you graduate. What degree do you need to get? To qualify for a position to work at BitLife, you must register in computer science at the university level. You can do this soon after college and choose to pay it all off in cash, take out student loans, or try your luck with scholarships. You are more likely to get scholarships with smarter statistic.
After you have completed the four years of college, go to the employment section to see what is available. Looking to apply for the position called Jr. App Developer. Click on it, then double-check to make sure BitLife offers the position. If not, ignore it and go through the list, or wait a year before trying again. The BitLife team is not always the one offering the job. Therefore, do not immediately take on the first role of junior application developer.
With the computer science degree, you should be able for the team to accept you to join them. Make sure you work hard every year and move up the BitLife Career Chain.
