HOW TO BECOME HEROES OR BE EVIL
Every time you pass a mission the game will award you points that increase your fame. By reaching 150,000 points you will become a hero by unlocking the HERO trophy/goal. However, if you manage to bring your heroism points below 0, you will become a kind of evil demon who will even grow a horn on your forehead. The fastest way to become demons is to produce nuclear bombs once you've enabled their development on the Mother Base. Every nuclear weapon produced will lower your reputation by as much as 50,000 points. If you get below 0, the fragment stuck in Big Boss' head will stretch like a real demon's horn. Below is a list of bonuses and malus for the HERO state and the Evil state:
-HERO STATUS-
In addition to unlocking the related target trophy it will be possible to infiltrate the FOB of all players even those who have developed a nuclear bomb.
-WICKEDSTATUS-
You will have to bring down the status you have by producing as many atomic bombs as possible. The lower you go down the more the fragment/horn of Big Boss will stretch to 3 different sizes. Also, Demon Snake has his clothes permanently soaked in blood and can't wash them off in any shower or river. By changing clothes the stains always stay there, except for special uniforms like the Cyborg Ninja one.
Producing an atomic weapon is practically the only way to turn Big Boss into a demon and stain his clothes with blood that never washes off. A decision that comments itself and a very special way for developers to criticize the excessive use of atomic weapons in the world.
