On the minimum front, it's hard to imagine too many people unable to run the game. Even the recommended specs are fairly consumer-friendly and largely match the results of Steam's own census.
From personal experience, the game performs like a dream even at 3440 × 1440. A Ryzen 3 3700 and GTX 2070 are more than enough to make it run smoothly on a super wide monitor at impressive frame rates, which is nice considering the number of games that struggle with super wide support.
The game also comes with a full list of graphics options, so any adjustments you need to make to meet your frame rate and resolution goals shouldn't be a problem.
