  • From your PC go to “This PC” or “My Computer.
  • Click with the right mouse button and then click on "Property".
  • From the menu that appears, go to "Device management".

If the USB driver are installed, it may happen that they are not working because they may not be updated. In this case, it is advisable to try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers.
