- Someone to lean on (20G) - Escape from downtown raccoon town.
- City Escape (20G) - Exit downtown Raccoon City.
- I don't feel so good (20G) - Leave the square of the clock tower.
- Dominator (50G) - Successfully complete the game on "Inferno".
- Basic chemistry (20G) - Craft an item.
- Armorer (20G) - Upgrade a weapon.
- Be organized (20G) - Expand your inventory.
- Nemesis Down (40G) - Get Nemesis to give up an item.
- Nemesis Down? (20G) - Defeat Nemesis on the roof.
- Power stones (40G) - Place all the jewels in the monument of the clock tower.
- Le Carlos Express (20G) - Quit RPD
- An Unhappy End (20G) - Defeat the zombie Brad.
- Jill Valentine (50G) - Complete the game with rank S on "Inferno".
- I need a hero (20G) - Resist the zombie siege.
- The pursuer (20G) - Follow Nicholai deeper underground.
- Electric slide (40G) - Gather all the fuses in the warehouse within 5 minutes.
- Nemesis Down !? (20G) - Defeat stage 2 Nemesis.
- Nemesis Down !!! (20G) - Defeat Nemesis from stage 3.
- Hello Charlie! (20G) - Destroy a Charlie doll.
- Offer two for one (40G) - Defeat two enemies with one hit.
- Bookworm (40G) - Read all history files.
- Goodbye, Charlie! (40G) - Destroy all Charlie dolls.
- Kendo Armurerie (20G) - Collect all the weapons in the campaign.
- RE: Master of Unlocking (40G) - Unlock all safes, lockers, safes and selectable locks
- Survivor (40G) - Complete the game on "Standard" or higher.
- Veteran (40G) - Complete the game on "Hardcore" or higher.
- Conqueror (40G) - Successfully complete the game on "Nightmare" or higher.
- Sensational work! (50 GRAMS) - Complete the game with an S rank.
- Minimalist (40G) - Complete the game without opening the item box.
- I might need it later! (40G) - Complete the game using 1 or less Salvage Items.
- Sprinter (50G) - Complete the game within 2 hours of play.
