In order to level up your weapons you need to get particular orb from monsters or events in history. The majority of orbs are obtained through events related to the storylone, those that are missing must be drugged by specific monsters.

Liello 8-9 (Boomerang): Drugged by the ninja master monster inside the Mana Fortress dungeon

To get this trophy you need to bring all the spells of the title and the elemental matches to level 8. To bring the elementals to level eight you must obtain a corresponding number of Mana Seeds, key items obtained during the story. Every time you evoke an elemental or use a spell it will gain experience points. Repeating this action many times will increase the level.
