How to start playing Gwent
To start playing GWENT and get your first free cards with a commander, you'll need to talk to the STUDIOSO sitting at one of the tables at the BIANCO FRUTTETO inn, the first location of the game.
How and where to unlock Gwent's cards
Cards can be purchased in stores, unlocked through special missions, or won in Gwent by beating the many opponents who populate the vast universe of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt .

Lost Cards
Unfortunately, cards provided by missing characters (such as the innkeeper of White Orchard) can no longer be recovered and you will never be able to complete the "Get them All" mission. The missing characters and requirements for Gwent's missions are:
-The innkeeper of White Orchard, be sure to buy cards from him as soon as you see him;
-Osteste Oliver in Novigrad, be sure to challenge him and get cards from him as soon as you meet him;
-Win the tournament at Passiflora in the mission "Bet High" you must necessarily win against all Gwent's opponents and choose to continue playing without helping Sasha. If you lose a Gwent match or if you help the woman the mission can still be completed but you won't win the tournament or the special cards of the commanders!
