WHEN: At the end of the SECONDARY MISSION: A FAVOUR TO A FRIEND (See the guide to SECONDARY MISSIONS).
WHAT TO DO: After completing the MAIN MISSIONS of the story with Keira Metz, the latter will invite Geralt to her home. If you accept the invitation, you will need to complete a new quest by eliminating a curse on the neighbouring island. Once this task is completed, Keira will ask you one last favour for a "friend". If you agree to help her, you will need to track down some packages in the designated areas. Once this task is completed, Keira will invite Geralt to join her for a romantic dinner and you can become "friends...with benefits" of the sorceress or politely decline her offer.
TRISS MERIGOLD
WHEN: At the end of the SECONDARY MISSION: NOW OR NEVER (See the guide to SECONDARY MISSIONS).
WHAT TO DO: During the previous chapters of The Witcher, Triss was Geralt's main love interest. Here you can meet her in the great city of Novigrad after completing the MAIN MISSION: THE HISTORY OF THE REUVEN COUNT TREASURE. You will have to help Triss take a magician out of town to the SECOND MISSION OF LIFE OR DEATH.
If you agree to help the woman, you'll have to attend a gala and you can be very romantic with Triss. Unfortunately you will be interrupted on the most beautiful but later you will have a chance to make up for it.
After the SECOND MISSION: NOW OR NEVER, Triss will leave with the other sorcerers for Kovir. When you reach the port, you can decide to DECLARE YOUR FRIENDSHIP or REMAIN FRIENDS:
OPTION 01 - DECLARE YOUR FEELINGS
When we get to the port, you'll have to answer like this:
-For Sigimund (before the Witch Hunter attack):
"Stay out of other people's business."
-For Triss (As he's about to board the ship):
"Stay with me."
"I love you"
Finally, accept to hear Sigismund's love story.
OPTION 02 - STAY FRIENDS
If, on the other hand, you want to leave the door open to love but don't want to commit, you will have to make the following choices:
-For Sigimund (before the Witch Hunter attack):
"What the hell are you talking about?"
-For Triss (As he's about to board the ship):
"Stay with me"
"Let's try again."
Finally, punish Sigimund instead of listening to his story.

WHAT TO DO: Simply finish the mission.

WHEN: During the MAIN MISSION - NO PLACE IS AS A HOUSE
WHAT TO DO: Talk to her during the course of the mission
JUTTA AN DIMUN
WHEN: During the SECONDARY MISSION - VIRGIN OF IRON
WHAT TO DO: Beat her in combat.
MADAME SASHA
WHEN: Finish the SECOND GWENT MISSION - HIGH POINTS.
WHAT TO DO: Win the Gwent tournament.
KATE'S PROSTITUTES
WHEN: As often as you like, in Novigrad in Kate's Whorehouse.
WHAT TO DO: Pay 20 crowns, and choose one of the 3 ladies shown to you.
THE PASSION FLOWER WHORES
WHEN: As often as you want, in Novigrad in the Passiflora luxury brothel.
WHAT TO DO: Pay 40 crowns, and choose one of the 3 ladies shown to you.
THE HUMPBACK SWAMP HAGS: BREWESS, WHISPES AND WEAVESSES
WHEN: After you summon them.
