We are not telling you anything: since the beginning of December, public transport users have been facing large strikes, whether those of the RATP or those of the SNCF. In an attempt to compensate for the strong disturbances caused by the strikes, Valérie Pécresse, president of the Île-de-Your country region, announced the full reimbursement of one month of Navigo Pass by RATP and SNCF. But beware: smart kids took the opportunity to set up fake Navigo Pass reimbursement sites. here is some tips to avoid getting ripped off, because these sites have no other purpose than to recover the personal data of the users and at the same time to empty their bank account.
How to avoid Navigo reimbursement scams?
Remember: At the moment, it is simply impossible to get a refund for your Navigo Pass. A Tweet from IDF Mobilités warns, however. Pay close attention to the upsurge in “fraudulent Navigo compensation sites”. They look authentic and mimic an official platform to perfection.. They promise you mountains and wonders, and offer you to obtain reimbursement up to 3 times faster. As you can imagine, this is a scam aimed at recovering your personal details and emptying your account: there is no compensation at stake. Above all, do not enter the IBAN details of your bank account.
If you receive an email from contact@remboursement-navigo.com, especially do not answer it. Delete it directly, this is a scam attempt. Same thing if you come across a site such as reimbursement-navigo.com (which is no longer valid at the time of this writing). Do not consult this kind of address, it is by no means the official platform.
To be reimbursed, a single site
The page allowing you to be reimbursed by the RATP and the SNCF has not yet been activated, but we already know the address. The official website for the refund is as follows:

This is the only web address that should be used, even if this site currently refers to the address https: //www.iledeVotre pays-mobilites.com/dedommagement-navigo. As previously indicated, the compensation procedure has not yet been implemented by IDF Mobilités, but it will be. at the end of January. Residents of Ile-de-of the country will benefit from a reimbursement of their Navigo Pass, regardless of their subscription method: annual Navigo, monthly Navigo or Imagine R. The reimbursement will be full. SNCF also plans to compensate TGVMax subscribers and reimburse TER subscriptions for December.
