Go to your Clan Dojo and build the new Dry Dock for your Railjack.
To access the Rising Tide quest itself, you must first create a dry dock in your dojo. This room is huge and the players struggled to find a seat. The easiest solution so far has been to place it on the first floor on a side where there is nothing above (this thing is as high as it is wide). Once you've found your perfect location, you'll build it like any other room, with the cost of materials being proportional to the size and rank of your clan.
You will need 20 abilities and 6 energies to build the dry dock. The material requirements are therefore as follows:
- Phantom: 200 credits, 000 recoveries, 25 circuits, 000 telluriums, 850 form
- Shadow: 600 credits, 000 recovery units, 75 circuits, 000 tellures, 2 months
- Storm: 2 credits, 000 recoveries, 000 circuits, 250 tellures, 000 forma
- Mountain: 6 credits, 000 recoveries, 000 circuits, 750 tellures, 000 forms
- Moon: 20 credits, 000 recoveries, 000 circuits, 2 tellures, 500 forma
The dry dock won't be too much of a pain for a solo or smaller clans, but the larger clans will need to come together to build their dry dock (although I know some of you, more former players, will likely be able to fund Moon's costs out of their budget). own). It will take 12 hours to build, but can be rushed with Plat. Once the dry dock is built, you will need to create a new Cephalon to make it work.
Go inside your new dry dock and search for the Research Console. From there, you'll have to spend resources to, finally, research the blueprint (as you would with any other Dojo Labs blueprint). I don't have the material requirements for Clans above Ghost, but I just want to say this: If you're slacking off for your Fieldron, Detonite Injectors, and Mutagen Masses, be prepared to create a mob of them. A Ghost clan will need 25 Credits, 000 Mutagens, 5 Detonites, 5 Fieldrons, and 5 Orokin Cells to start research. It can't be rushed with Plat, but it only takes an hour.
Once that's done, you can purchase the final blueprint and craft your Cephalon Railjack in your foundry. The crafting costs are exactly the same as the Ghost Clan Research. So you'll need more Fieldron, Detonite, and Mutagen to build your new AI. You can rush off with Dish, but after six hours that's not the longest cooking time to endure.
After picking up your new Cephalon, you'll unlock Rising Tide and be able to access it from your Codex. This quest will allow you to collect a part of Railjack in a mission, bake it (with one of the new rugs, no less), and then repeat it until your spaceship is finished.
