If you need to track down a Cabal boss in Destiny 2, it can be a bit boring. You can find them by pursuing public events, or performing strikes, or getting lucky with a World Spawn if you're in the right area.
You can hunt down lost sectors as well, but it's also annoying in that for some reason not all of them will count in a boss. We don't know why, they just don't know. However, there is one that we can absolutely guarantee as a Boss for the Rasputin Bounty. If you are heading to Mars, spawn on the Ice Drift and head to the right, up the small hill and into the hole in the wall you will find a Lost Sector where the cabal boss actually counts as a cabal boss.
Head to the back of the Lost Sector and be aware it's a bit of a weird route. You can ignore all other enemies unless you are looking for an experience to kill them. In the last room, you will find a cabal boss called Valus Dulurc, who is a wanted bounty boss.
He's a Yellow Bar Colossus, so watch out for the rockets he fires and that massive minigun. Don't get too close to him either, or he can stomp on you in the deep ravine below. It's not very difficult for veterans to kill, but new players will want to use the cave's natural cover and be mindful of any ads that appear.
Once you kill him, he will complete your Rasputin bounty and you can focus on the rest of your business.
