You will need to find the Forge Drones in Gofannon Forge if you want to get maximum temper from your races. Destroying both will set the Forge to Max Temper, which will allow you to progress in the Mysterious Box quest for Izanagi's Burden Exotic Sniper Rifle.
The Gofannon Forge is located on Nessus. Spawn at the edge of the artifacts, then descend from the platform to the ground. Go straight ahead in the same direction you appeared, then turn right. You will find a crashed ship and a hole in the wall. Follow the tunnel that leads from the hole to the Gofannon Forge.
It's a tough forge, filled with enemies from the Arc, so the Riskrunner is a great weapon to use here. He has a great ability to take out enemies and will continuously use his passive due to all damage dealt by enemies to the Bow.
Gofannon Forge Drone One
The main landscape of Gofannon's Forge is a huge crashed and shattered ship. The two drones appear nearby. The first drone will appear high up, near the beams and broken beams of the ship.
Gofannon Forge Drone Two
The second drone will appear closer to the side of the arena, between a few rock outcrops, just to the left of the crashed ship.
It's a good idea to use a sniper rifle to take down drones, as any sniper rifle in the game should easily take them from a bullet. Now that you know where the two Drones appear, remember that you don't even have to kill the boss. All you need to do is complete a max heat race and progress through the quest.
