Warframe Prosecutors are an elite enemy variant of the Guardsman that can be found on the Grineer Shipyards tile set on Ceres. They look like regular guards, but were augmented by Advisor Vay Hek, and are more dangerous than their allies. They usually appear in shipyard levels after an alarm has been triggered. You can find Grineer Shipyard missions on the following nodes on Ceres:
- Bode - Spy
- Caste - Defense
- Cinxia – Interception
- Ker - Sabotage
- Kiste – Mobile Defense
- Lex – Capture
- Ludi - Diversion
- Pallas – Exterminate
- Seimeni - Defense of the Dark Sector
We've found the Capture Mission Lex to be a great place to try and breed Guards and Prosecutors if you're hunting them for Cephalon Simaris. When the alarm goes off, kill as many guards as possible until the prosecutors start to show up.
There are four types of attorneys who do different types of damages. Heat, cold, toxin, and electrical variants can appear and can only be damaged by the corresponding element types. In addition to their damage resistance, they empower surrounding enemies with the same effect. All prosecutors are vulnerable to Slash damage as well, but not to the same degree as correct elemental damage.
Prosecutors have powerful melee abilities and can block your attacks and stun you. To make sure you're equipped to take them out, bring weapons that do a lot of Slash damage, rather than worrying too much about the random nature of the elemental variant that will appear. Just modify your weapons to have strong base damage and boost Slash damage in build, and you should have no problem taking out those enemies.
If you want to run Excalibur or Inaros, you can use Radial Blind and Desiccation to open up prosecutors for finishing attacks.
