Where to find the lost cats in Final Fantasy VII Remake

One of the previous side quests, Lost Friends, asks you to find friends for Betty, one of the little girls in the area, as they got lost in the slums of Sector 7. Sounds easy, right? Well, not quite, because the friends Betty is talking about are actually three of her cat friends. She explains that they're all skinny and white and love the food court, but doesn't know where they are, and it's up to you to find them.

The reason it might not be the fastest or easiest to complete is that they're small and fairly easy to miss. However, they can be found in the following locations if you take your pace slowly.

First cat

The first is here on the map, near your bedroom:

There will be a resident with a quest marker above their head and say that in the area through the tunnel a large group of cats have gathered. Of course, you can go down that tunnel and check that out. There are several cats here, but the one you are looking for is white, and it should be the only one here that you can choose from. Interacting with him will cause him to flee. Don't worry too much.

Second cat

The second cat is located in front of Tifa's bar, Seventh Heaven.

As you approach the bar, the white fur ball should be perched to the right of the bar doors. Likewise, Cloud can interact with him, but will quickly run away from him. He's tall and scary after all.

Third cat

The last cat is located near the entrance to the slums in Sector 7.

If you head straight for the station from Seventh Heaven, taking it slowly, you'll start to hear a meow as you get closer to the entrance. On the left side you will see the final feline sitting in front of a bar. Once again, he will flee from Cloud and run away, to whom he will sigh and give up on finding the cats.

The game should then invite you to go straight to Betty, where you can break the bad news to her. Fortunately, the cats all appear in front of Betty, forcing you to complete the quest.

For this, you will have fully restored your HP and MP, and you will also be rewarded with a Maiden Kiss, which will heal all Toad Transformation situations, which will be of great benefit to you as you progress through the game.
