The September 9 multiplayer reveal of the upcoming Call of Duty has definitely shown all new content for fans online to immerse themselves in. But what exactly is a first-person multiplayer shooter without great weapons and gear? Well, good news, Black Ops Cold War seems to offer a diverse set of weapons and perks.
After the show, some of the biggest streamers took to Twitch and YouTube to play the Alpha and showcase the best weapons. Here's what has been seen so far and what will likely happen to the full game.

Advantages
Benefit Package 1:
- Engineer: Detect enemy equipment and Scorestreaks through walls.
- Tactical mask: Maximum resistance to flashing and stun grenades. Gas immunity.
- Bullet proof vest: Take less damage from enemy explosives and Molotov fires.
Benefit Package 2:
- Scavenger: Replenish the ammunition of fallen players.
- Steward: Recharge equipment in 25 seconds.
- Tracker: See the footprints of the enemy. Aim for enemies to reveal them on your team's minimap.
Benefit Package 3:
- Cold blooded: AI-controlled Scorestreaks will not target you. Player Controlled Scorestreaks will not highlight you. Show yourself cold on Thermal.
- Ghost: Undetectable by enemy spy planes.
- Ninja: The sprint is cut for all enemies.
In terms of lethal and tactical grenades, only Smoke Grenades, Stun Grenades, Kills, and C4 are available through alpha. All of the above lists will surely be expanded over time when the game's beta releases on October 10 to those who have pre-ordered on PlayStation 4.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is slated for release on November 13 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The launch dates for the next-gen editions are still unknown, but they will certainly make their way at some point in 2020.
