How to get the bad ending
The bad ending is quite simple, all you have to do is leave the baby. Walk away and listen to what the evil spirit tells you to do.Once you are gone, you are transformed into a ghoul, the kind of monster that you spent the entire game running from. You throw away your laptop, the game ends and you get the "Harvester" achievement.
For the other two purposes, you take baby Amari and run away. When you do this is that you also take the Leyden pot, which is also in the nursery. After you have done that, and you will walk away with the Leyden potty and the baby, you can reach the good end or the neutral end.
How to get the right ending
You reach the right end by taking the Leyden Potty out of the nursery with the baby, then reserving it for the teleporter. You will be attacked as you run, so time and speed are of the essence. If you get caught by a ghoul, start mashing the buttons and keep running. When you reach the teleporter, light it with the Leyden jar and return to Paris. With this the game will end and you will get the "Supplier" achievement.
How to get the neutral ending
If you want to reach the neutral ending, follow the same steps as the good ending and then take it a step further. Go to the Empress Room and enter the three Control Rooms without letting her see you. Here's where you'll need the Leyden Jar, as that's what you use to unlock and then power up the machines in the control rooms. You can find the next room by following the glowing tubes from the ceiling to the next door. Once all of the rooms have been unlocked and powered up, they explode, killing you, the baby, the ghosts and destroying the world. You will get the "Iconoclastic" achievement and complete the neutral ending.
