It's not as easy as pulling out a light bulb anymore. You will need to visit multiple locations - in this case, you will need to find four flag locations. Finding all four flags is a real nightmare, but in this case it will be easy - we have all the flag locations in the gallery below, with a full explanation of this weird puzzle. The tricky part is defeating these guys.

Step 1: Go to Memorial Plaza just east of CP Waterfront in the Financial District. There is a generator - turn on this generator at night so that four lights flash on the poles. The generator is located at the base of one of the concrete flag poles.
Step 2: After activating the generator, you will need to locate four flags to raise on this square. Flags can be found everywhere, so check out the gallery for specific map locations.
- Flag # 1: Found at CP Waterfront in the Financial District, on the beach through the supply room doors. look
- Flag # 2: Found on a rooftop opposite the Celebration Hotel CP in the Financial District. From the ground, look at the brick building and shoot the yellow padlock on the fence to reach the area with this flag.
- Flag # 3: On the large pier in the southeast corner of the Financial District map - this is the side mission area of Pier 26. You'll find it on the edge of the grass.
- Flag # 4: Go to the Financial District Safe House and find the flooded construction site just to the south. Use the generator to pump the water, then look on the ground near the ramp.
Step 3: Go back to Memorial Plaza where you started and raise the four flags while interacting with the poles. Use the generator once more at night to summon the hunter and start the fight.
As always, the Hunter is incredibly difficult to kill - and he will drop a unique mask. You might want to invite friends over to the party.
