SINoALICE's bizarre hybrid of gacha games, JRPG tropes and dark fairy tales, comes to life with its latest event, Incarnation of Envy. There has been a constant stream of new content for the mobile title since its global launch and the Incarnation of Envy event will provide even more structure for players starting SINoALICE, as well as some exciting rewards.
How to play the Incarnation of Envy event
To participate in the Incarnation of Envy event, you will need to navigate to the Story tab while in the app. Above and to the right of the main story icon is an icon titled Event. Here you can find the Incarnation of Envy event page.
This is a unique Cinderella-centric path separate from the main story. Even though it looks like you can progress through the event by reading the Cinderella chapters in the main story, this will not advance your event, and progressing through the event will not count as completing the verses in the story. main. The stages of the event play out the same as the stages of the main story with a few waves of enemies and then a boss. The difference this time around is that the encounters will include information about the history of the various nightmares you will encounter along the way.
The event is meant to be centered around Cinderella and while it's not required, you'll receive a stat boost if you play like her for the event. If you haven't unlocked Cinderella yet, you'll need to complete Cinderella's Path Chapter 1 Verse 1 for the main story.
Rewards for the Incarnation of Envy event
The Incarnation of Envy event will consist of 10 verses. Completing verse 3 will unlock Cinderella / Sorcerer Job - a tome and special magic in Cinderella - which you can use throughout the game. You can also unlock a new nightmare: Drizella, the Jealous Serpent.
Summoning Drizella in the story or the Colosseum will give you the ability to significantly reduce the SP cost of water skills. Getting Drizella is not a guarantee, however. The drop rates for Drizella, The Jealous Serpent are as follows:
- Verse 3: 1%
- Verse 9: 4%
- Verse 10: 5%
Completing other verses of the event will also earn you plenty of Twilight Crystals. Note, however, that you cannot progress through the event through cooperative battles. Go ahead and get your Cinderella / Sorcerer while you can! The Incarnation of Envy event will last until July 7, 2020.
