Fall Guys Fall Throttle Trophy Guide - How To Reach Terminal Speed

Fall Guys Fall Throttle Trophy Guide - How To Reach Terminal Speed

When it comes to Fall Guys, getting through a game is key to making sure you're there at the end. Speed is important, but going too fast can cause your companion to lose balance or jump. Monitoring your speed will allow you to continue your pace until the end.

However, when it comes to the Fall Throttle Trophy, it asks you to hit maximum speed possible, or in other words, hit terminal speed. It's not an easy thing to do because your fall guy is all about running to get moving. This means that falling and getting hit by obstacles is, realistically, the only way you will be able to achieve this feat.

There are a few levels where you can get hit hard enough to get terminal speed. The best trick you can do this in is on the Whirlygig game. This is the level with a lot of rotating beams and windmills that you have to jump and dodge.

As you walk through the level, you will come to the finish with jumping turntables and a giant windmill in the middle of the map. This giant windmill spins really fast and is hard to dodge, so just run in it and get hit by the fan, which will send you flying sideways and possibly one of the spinning plates. If you manage to hit the fan, it will allow you to reach terminal speed and it should then spawn the trophy for you.

Be aware that any method you use to achieve this achievement is likely to knock you off the map, putting you behind the pack. We recommend that you only attempt to achieve this achievement if you are far enough in advance to catch up, or less keen on winning that particular show. It's not a hard achievement to get, so it only takes one attempt if you're using the Whirlygig level.
