How to install a custom watch face
Until recently it was necessary to use third-party applications to perform the operation. The favorite is Gadgetbridge but there are others capable of accomplishing the same purpose. However, if you do not want to install too many applications on your smartphone and prefer to use only Mi Fit, the official Amazfit Bip companion app, the solution is really simple.
Just use a modified version of Mi Fit 3.2.0.1, which will also allow you to install the firmware in national without having to perform strange stunts between various applications. After downloading the custom watch face for Amazfit Bip just copy it to your smartphone, inserting it in the folder where they are managed by Mi Fit.
In this example the “City_Peking” watch face is used, the one with the pagoda, but you can decide which one to use. First open Xiaomi Mi Fit, go to the profile, choose Amazfit Bip, then Clock face settings and then select the City_Peking dial. Now take the watch face with .bin extension downloaded from the Net and copy it to the Android / data / com.xiaomi.hm.health / files / watch_skin folder. rename the file af059d8bf4a51c409395912ac8538868.bin (corresponds to City_Peking) for safety and then change the name of the new file to the one above.
Now you just need to go back to Mi Fit, select the City_Peking dial again and perform the synchronization, to see the new watch face installed on Amazfit Bip.

Obviously you have to get one or more personalized watch faces, unless you want to make it yourself with one of the many tools on the net.
