If you've taken a bit of a bite to try out the exciting Genshin Impact, then you don't have much more to wait. The game will launch on PC, PlayStation 4, Android and iOS on September 28.
If you are worried that your internet connection will delay you on launch day, fear not, you will be able to preload Genshin Impact. The times when you can do this are all a bit different, depending on what device you plan to play on.
PC
For PC, Genshin Impact will use its own launcher and will not be available on Steam or any other service at launch. The preload start time will begin on September 26 at 02:00 UTC or September 25 at 19:00 PDT.
The launcher will be available directly from the Genshin Impact website, and we will create a direct link to the launcher download as soon as it is available.

iOS and Android
Preloading begins September 27 at 06:00 a.m. or September 26 at 23:00 p.m. PDT. You can pre-register on the Google Play Store and the Apple Store to receive a notification when preload is available.
PS4
You will only be able to pre-load on PlayStation 4 if you pre-order the Adventurer Starter Pack for $ 9,99. Preloading will begin on September 25 at 16:00 p.m. UTC, 09:00 a.m. PDT. The Adventurer Starter Pack will include the following:
- Advanced Character EXP Material: Hero's Spirit × 15
- Advanced Weapon Experience Material: Mystic Enhancement Ore × 20
- Wish Material: Acquaint Fate × 2
- Currency: Mora × 150
- Character EXP Material: Adventurer's Experience × 80
