This is why this list will be divided into two separate sections: one for the Idle Heroes tier list for PvP and another for the Idle Heroes tier list for PvE. Amen-Ra is considered by many to be the most powerful hero in Idle Heroes. There are several reasons for this. First, his shadow defense skill is ridiculously overpowered. On top of that, he has a great chance to petrify the enemy front line. Horus is probably one of the most versatile heroes in the game. There are different builds for him, each suited to a specific situation, which makes him quite viable. His torment of flesh and soul allows him to deal serious damage while dealing an insane amount of critical damage to him against back line enemies. When you combine this with Horus' Descend Raven passive skill, the longer the fight lasts, the more devastating it becomes. That's why he really shines in prolonged fights, as his passive gains plenty of stacks, providing him with ridiculous attack and critical damage bonuses. Additionally, his contract with Crimson can make him quite durable and almost immune to crowd control, while also dealing additional damage to him. All of this earned Horus a top spot on our Idle Heroes tier list.

Asmodel is one of the best PvP heroes in Idle Heroes. Its main strengths are its critical marks, which can devastate its enemies. Most of her skills are capable of affixing critical marks, and when triggered they can deal incredible burst damage. Nonetheless, to use his full potential, Asmodel must take damage, and he is also very susceptible to crowd control effects. Regardless of that, he's still one of the best heroes, which has earned him a prime spot on our inactive heroes list.

Oberon is a pretty unique hero when it comes to PvP. He's one of the few heroes who can counter Amen-Ra, and it's all thanks to his unique skills. His Lethal Twining allows him to weaken his enemies with string. It's nothing special per se, but when you factor in its passive natural manipulation, this is when things start to get interesting. This passive allows Oberon to heal himself and poison his opponents whenever an enemy is hit by string. But that's not all, it also dampens Oberon's damage and stacking effects. To make things even crazier, having multiple Oberons on your team will cause each of them to trigger the passive effect whenever an enemy is affected by string. Best of all, her poison effect ignores the shadow of Amen-Ra's Guardian, which makes her a pretty good scorer for her, and that also earned her a spot on our Idle Heroes character roster.

Mihm is one of the funniest and most satisfying heroes to play in PvP in Idle Heroes. First of all, Mihm is completely immune to all crowd control effects. When you consider that his passive also grants him damage reduction, he's very difficult to take down. He can reduce the energy of his targets, which is quite a feat, but what really makes Mihm shine is his Shadow Fission passive. This allows him to deal insane damage every time a hero dies on the battlefield, and it stacks up. Better yet, if you have multiple Mihms on your team, both will trigger this effect. It would be at the top of Idle Heroes' tier list if it weren't extremely difficult to obtain and very few people had two or more. However, anyone with two or more Mihms can freely treat him as a top hero.

Overall she is very decent for both healing and buffing which is why she is on our Idle Heroes tier list.

Playing Penny in Idle Heroes is a blast, in every sense of the word. She can do incredible damage with her Fatal Fireworks ability, which also grants her a stack of dynamite armor, allowing her to ignore the next control effect applied to her. Other than that, whenever she launches a Basic Attack, she damages the enemy's frontline, which also increases her Critical Damage and grants her a Reflective Armor Stack. This allows her to take reduced damage on the next Basic Attack or Active Skill and then returns it to the enemy, helping Penny survive in PvP situations. Her passive Eerie Trickery grants Penny a stack of both dynamite and reflection armor during her attacks, and also deals damage to all enemies when critical hits occur. Penny is a pleasure to play with it all and gives him a spot on our Idle Heroes player roster.

Dark Arthindol is one of the most interesting heroes in the game. While she can control the crowd and be useful, her main strength lies in her incredibly good burst damage. The reason is its passive preventive defense skill. This allows her to gain a huge damage bonus when taking damage, which increases with the percentage of health lost. If she manages to survive long enough with this active buff, she can wipe out the entire enemy team with her active Cosmic Shade skill. This makes her incredibly fun with the game and is also why she is on our Idle Heroes tier list.

If you factor all of this into account, she's very good at boss fights, which earns her a spot on our Idle Heroes tier list for PvE.

While he might not be as good as some of the other players on your Idle Heroes player roster, he is still a big plus for any boss squad.

Heal, heal, heal… That sums up Ormus' skills pretty well. When it comes to raw healing power, Ormus is pretty much unmatched. With his Blue Lightning laser, he can heal HP's weakest ally, and also places a save mark on that ally. This mark will trigger once the ally is low on HP, triggering a burst healing effect. Ormus's passive heart will allow Ormus to place Salvage Marks on his entire team once his HP has dropped. And his healing skills will allow Ormus to constantly heal his team. The only thing stopping Ormus from being higher on our Idle Heroes tier list for PvE is the fact that unlike some other heroes, he only heals, but he does it incredibly well.

So it's no surprise that Aida is also on our Idle Heroes tier list for PvE. Thanks to her Mark of Balance, she can deal massive damage to the enemy whenever they use an active skill. All in all, Aida is undoubtedly a great hero for the PvE aspect of the game and her skills will surely come in handy when dealing with bosses.
