How to get emoticons
We mentioned the Braces system right above, so what exactly is it? This is essentially the equivalent of the "achievements" of the Outriders. These accolades can be earned from any task you can think of in the game. From combat challenges to character progression challenges and more. Everything you do progress a bit in the corresponding section, and if you qualify for any of those that have related rewards, you receive them accordingly. Which are, as is our main topic, various cosmetics and mostly emoticons. In addition, there is a “season pass” type system, which can be seen at the bottom of this page, which of course offers more rewards. Don't worry, this feature is free for everyone, so no Season Pass money spent there. At least for the moment.
The Braces menu can be found from the Character menu on the far right. You can easily check the percentage of any task you have completed up to that point. So it's a good thing to check this interface often to track your progress. Of course, since this is only a demo version of the full product, there is a good chance that this list will be further expanded. We don't know for sure, so we all have to wait and find out. Until then, do your best to get as many cosmetics as possible. Plus, you can get extra bonuses just by linking your account to the Square Enix Membership service, so if you want an extra emoticon or two, there's your chance.
