Pokemon Go has been updated with the new generation Pokemon, adding all the evolutions of Eevee. Three of these evolutions belong to the first generation of Pokemon and are Jolteon, Flareon or Vaporeon. The others instead belong to the following ones and are Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon and Glaceon.
How to choose the evolution of Evee in Pokemon Go ?
It's very simple, to surely obtain one of the 7 available forms of Evee at the moment of its evolution, just ask yourself "How to call Evee?" and rename Evee with one of the following names:
- To make Eevee evolve into Espeon you have to rename him Sakura
- To evolve Eevee into Umbreon you have to rename him Tamao
- To make Eevee evolve into Flareon you have to rename him Pyro
- To make Eevee evolve into Vaporeon you have to rename him Rainer.
- To evolve Eevee into Jolteon you have to rename him Sparky.
- To make Eevee evolve into Leafeon you have to rename him Linna
- To make Evee evolve into Glaceon you have to rename it Rea
In Pokemon Go there are not the three stones that allow you to choose in what to evolve Eevee as in all previous episodes of the saga pokemon. However, you can still control Eevee's evolution in this way. This is the only way to safely choose the evolutions of Eevee on, but Pokemon Go WARNING: Renaming the pokemon seems to work only once for each name and the next time you evolve the pokemon using a name already used, it will evolve randomly so choose well when to use the name to evolve Eevee.

Sylveon is the only evolution of Eevee that is currently missing in Pokemon Go . Following the various updates of Niantic, Sylveon will not arrive before 2020 in the game.
