With the arrival of iOS 13, Apple has decided to make available for use within all applications, the Memoji stickers. These are basically the animated and customizable smileys introduced with iPhone X, but in a static version and better supported by other messaging services. These can be viewed by calling up the classic keyboard emoji on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch and swiping from left to right.
The problem is that many users do not use such stickers and prefer to rely on the classic emojis. There is therefore a way to remove them from the keyboard and avoid unnecessary swipes every time? Obviously yes and in this article we will see just how to do it.
Remove the Memoji stickers on the iOS keyboard
The only way to remove the Memoji stickers from the iOS keyboard, and therefore the one present on the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, is to act within the system settings. Before doing this, however, it is necessary to check that the software version is at least the 13.3. If this is not the case, it will need to be updated through the dedicated tab in the section "General" settings. Once this is done, all you need to do is go to deactivate the stickers.
- Open the app "Settings" su iPhone iPad o iPod Touch con iOS 13.3 o versioni successive
- Continue with "General"
- Select the item "Keyboard"
- Go down and disable the toggle related to "Memoji Stickers"
