Where To Find All Three Fuses - Walkthrough to Clear Fuses
As soon as the elevator bursts head and to the right, skirting the pale head that crawls nearby. Activate the switch to lower the other elevator, climb aboard and climb it. The first fuse, which is actually number three, is here. Turn left and go down the ladder (or take the items from the two crates on the right first). When you land there is also handgun ammo to your right, but also two zombie dogs, so be prepared. After removing them, continue to the wall where you see a zombie. Kill him and go through the small opening between the shelves.
Go up the stairs forward without flicking the elevator switch, also walk past the door (more on that later) and walk along the upper area. When you get to the end, flip the switch to reveal a platform that you can cross on a ladder. Take it down and head to the ominous red corridor (combat readiness). The large door will open releasing a bunch of zombies. You can fight them for a resource (two gunpowder and one high-grade gunpowder), or rush past them for fuse number one.
Go back, but a Gamma Hunter will emerge to block you. After rushing him or walking past him, take the path back to the stairs (go down the last platform for a shotgun upgrade). Then go up the stairs and go through the door you went through before. There are zombies and a pale head here, so kill them or rush. The door at the end of the hallway will unlock and lead back to the original save room. The front left door is where you need to go for the last fuse. Go down the ladder, but get ready to fight a hunter. At the end of the hall, in front, is the last fuse.
Go up the ladder and come back through the security room. Then just go down the ledge to the elevator. Three mutated zombies are there now, so fight them off or lure them so you can flip the fuses back and then activate the elevator to go back up.
