Today's Warframe Nightwave Daily Challenge works you to get kills with corrosive damage. Corrosive damage is a type of secondary elemental damage that can be obtained by painting two main damage types. You do this using mods on your weapon, and it's a pretty easy challenge to complete. Corrosive damage can cause the Corrosion status effect, which will reduce the armor of the affected unit by 20%. Each additional stack of the status effect will reduce armor by an additional 6%. The maximum number of stacks that can be stacked is 10, with a 20% armor reduction. Each battery also has its own 8 second duration, and new batteries do not refresh the timer on existing batteries.
How to do corrosive damage
To get corrosive damage to your weapon, you need to combine a mod that deals electrical damage and a mod that deals toxin damage in the same version. Once you do this, the mods will combine to do corrosive damage, as shown in the image above. There are several weapons in the game that deal innate corrosive damage, and while it's easier to use mods to complete this challenge, it's still helpful to know which weapons have corrosive damage built-in, as it can then be increased using the electrical damage and toxin mods.

It's pretty easy to challenge, as you only need 150 kills with corrosive damage. Simply apply Electricity and Toxin mods to the weapon of your choice, charge into a mission, and the kills will happen fairly quickly! Good luck, Tenno!
