Looking at the graphs that show the trend of the market share during the course of 2020, A downward trend in Windows is clearly visible while we can see a growth of the two main competitors, especially in the last part of the year.

2020 was a unique year regarding the world of personal computing. With millions of people working and studying from home due to the pandemic, people's computing needs have changed rapidly. This change is likely to have contributed to the growth of Chrome OS in 2020.

As people will still continue to work and study from home, we'll see if these trends continue.
