Wolfenstein: Youngblood Trophies and Achievements Guide

Wolfenstein: Youngblood Trophies and Achievements Guide

The video game presents all the elements that made the saga famous, adding also a pinch of RPG mechanics that never hurt. If you've already set out on the hunt for the platinum trophy, all you have to do is read our trophy and goal guide, where you'll find all the tips you need to unlock the game's various achievements.

Before proceeding any further, you need to make a premise: THIS GUIDE TO TROPHIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS CONTAINS SPOILERS ON THE GAME PLOT! Continue reading further at your own risk.

To make it easier to consult this guide, we have included an index so that you can immediately find the trophy you are looking for.

As you'll need a single run to complete 100% of the game, our advice is to enjoy the storyline and, once you've finished the main quest, to devote yourself to the various side quests, and then unlock the various remaining trophies and focus on the grinding mentioned above.

As for the collectibleAlthough they are present in large numbers, if you unlock the "Secrets Collector" skill, you will see them appear on the game map, marked with a star-shaped icon, making your job much easier.

Wolfenstein: Youngblood - Guide to Trophies and Achievements

Bronze

Wolfenstein: Youngblood Trophies and Achievements GuideTeamwork

Complete a cooperative mission with a player.

This is the only online trophy in Wolfenstein: Youngblood . In practice, the game will allow you to complete missions either alone or in co-op with another player, of course, to be found online, and to achieve the achievement in question, you will have to opt for this second choice.

Resistance

Kill 500 enemies.

Although the number in the description may seem excessive, don't worry: you'll find yourself cooling off well over 500 opponents in the course of your adventure.

Fly swatter

Kill 20 drones.

Here, too, you will often come across drones, intent on guarding certain game zones, and as soon as they see you, they will immediately sound the alarm. Although these enemies are not counted separately from the others, you will get the trophy without even realizing it.

Immovable

Kill 10 Supersoldaten in charge.

This trophy will probably give you some headaches, especially if you play Wolfenstein: Youngblood alone and not in co-op. Supersoldaten are armoured enemies who, when they are at a great distance from you, will charge you; well, you will have to kill them just while they are charging you.

Fortunately, there is a way to get to the bottom of this: use the Laserkraftwerk with the Overcharge Transformer. This way, you'll be able to fire as many as five shots at once, killing most armored enemies instantly. Wait for the Supersoldaten to charge you and shoot mercilessly.

Bombarola

Kill 50 enemies using explosives.

In this case, you'll have to kill 50 enemies using both your grenades and the red explosive boxes you'll find during the game, without forgetting the explosions caused by the vehicles you destroy. There won't be a counter for this type of killings, but you'll get the trophy in question without too much effort.

Superninja

Kill 50 enemies using launch weapons.

From the very first bars of the game, you'll be introduced to throwing weapons (axes or knives), which you can use by pressing the R3 key when you're not engaged in hand-to-hand combat. Usually, a hit with a throwing weapon will almost always be lethal. Kill 50 enemies in this way and the target will be yours.

Stealthy

Kill 50 enemies stealthily.

To get this trophy, you'll have to kill 50 enemies stealthily, which means: either with instant kills (from behind, to be precise), or with silenced guns, or with throwing weapons.

Ripper

Kill 75 enemies using an instant kill.

To get an instant kill, all you have to do is get behind the enemy silently and press the R3 key to knock them out. Kill 75 enemies in this way and unlock the trophy.

Easy trigger

Fire 100,000 rounds.

Again, 100,000 shots may seem like a lot, but be aware that the shootings you will be involved in Wolfenstein: Youngblood are really numerous. There is no counter to indicate the number of bullets fired in total, but there is a counter for the number of shots fired from each individual weapon.

Prescient

Collect 250 looted supplies.

By looted supplies we mean both the items released by enemies killed (which you will collect simply by walking on them), and the items that you will find in the various stages (which you will collect by pressing the button Wolfenstein: Youngblood Trophies and Achievements Guide). Trust me, you'll get this trophy without even realizing it.

Bloodbath

Kill 150 enemies.

Enemies will be considered "slaughtered" when you kill them in a rather splatter way, i.e. with blows to the head, with explosives, etc.. A good alternative is to obtain masteries in the various weapons, which will allow you to kill your opponents in the most bloody way possible.

Rasputin

Resuscitate or have him resuscitated 25 times.

This trophy can be obtained either by playing solo or co-op. Knock yourself out and wait for your ally to revive you, or revive her yourself, for a total of 25 times.

Intruder

Open 10 coded locks.

Coded locks are nothing more than numeric keypads, present in order to prevent you from gaining an advantage, such as opening a door that leads to a safer road, or disabling the drone generator, or closing the red boxes. In this case, you'll have to open 10 of these locks, but don't worry: you'll find more than 10.

Partisan

Complete all missions.

[WARNING: POSSIBLE GLITCH]

Wolfenstein: Youngblood has 7 main missions and 30 side missions, some of which will only unlock after you defeat the game's final boss. You can easily keep track of your progress in the game's menu item.

As for the glitch, many players, despite having completed all the missions, were unable to get the trophy. The only advice we have to give you is to make a back up of your saves before facing the last mission of the game, so you can eventually repeat it.

In flight

Kill 50 enemies in flight.

The description of this trophy is not easy to interpret: you'll have to kill at least 50 enemies when you are "in flight", that is when your feet don't touch the ground. The best way to achieve this achievement is to devote yourself to it from the first bars of the game, where enemies are weaker.

Press the button continuously to jump and aim in the direction of the enemies: in this way, you can shoot and kill them being "in flight".

Sting like a bee

Sneak up on 10 Supersoldaten.

In order to get this trophy, you must first unlock the "Supersoldaten Hunter" skill at a cost of three skill points. With this active skill, you can also make stealth kills on this category of enemies. However, there is a small problem, as these kills will not always count.

Our advice in this regard is to use throwing knives instead of axes, not to use the concealment and, above all, never be detected by your enemies when you make the killing, even when the animation will start. The best place to make this trophy is in the Brother 3 area, where at least two Supersoldaten will appear, which you can easily make your life easier.

Tough girl

Kill 100 enemies using a double weapon.

Once you have redeemed the relevant skill, you can take on two weapons at a time by simply pressing the Wolfenstein: Youngblood Trophies and Achievements Guide. In this case, all you have to do is kill 100 enemies with a double weapon and the trophy is yours.

The right tool

Kill 75 enemies using the most effective weapon type against their shield type.

In Wolfenstein: Youngblood , enemies can be equipped with two different types of armor which, of course, will offer them some resistance to certain types of weapons and, consequently, a weakness against others. Precisely for this reason, to get the trophy, you'll have to kill enemies using the most effective weapons against their protections.

Heavy artillery

Save a Hammer weapon for later.

To unlock this trophy, you'll first have to unlock the "Extreme Gun Pocket" skill, paying it six skill points. This way, you'll keep a Hammer weapon in your inventory instead of discarding it after running out of ammunition.

American Football

Kill 50 enemies using the Destruction ability.

Depending on the character you decide to play, you can have the Destruction skill available immediately or, if not, you will have to unlock it with skill points. Basically, this skill will allow you to load enemies, throwing them to the ground, the higher the level of the skill, the greater the damage inflicted on your opponents.

Load enemies continuously, so you can kill them quickly, and don't forget that you can load them even when they are on the ground.

Predator

Kill an enemy within 3 seconds of a cloak 50 times.

Like the Destruction skill, Concealment may be a skill that's available right away, depending on the character you choose at the start of the game. In any case, Concealment will allow you to become virtually invisible to your enemies for a certain amount of time, in which you can perform actions or, in this case, killings.

The higher the skill level, the longer you will be invisible. Kill 50 enemies within three seconds of deactivating the ability, and the trophy is yours.

Support

Execute 100 signals understood.

Press the Wolfenstein: Youngblood Trophies and Achievements Guide, you will execute a tuning signal, which will grant you a certain temporary bonus, depending on the signal you have equipped. Make 100 signals of intent to get the trophy.

Tactics and style

Max out a brand of weapons.

Each weapon has three brands of upgrades; to get the trophy in Wolfenstein: Youngblood question, you must upgrade to a maximum of one. Our advice is to focus on the gun, which will be upgraded to the maximum by simply reaching level 15.

Equipped

Get 10 weapon upgrades.

Each weapon has five or six weapon upgrades which, once you get them, will increase some of their characteristics. In this case, you will need to get at least 10 power-ups.

Change for the better

Get 5 skills.

Follow the description to get the trophy.

At most

You get 15 skills.

Follow the description to get the trophy.

I really like this vest

Get 5 upgraded armor skins.

As you may have guessed, the skins are cosmetic elements that will "customize" your upgraded armor. They can be purchased either with silver coins or gold bars. Our suggestion is to make a backup of your saves before buying the skins, in order to recover the money spent.

Explorer

Open 200 crates of stock.

These are yellow crates that, once opened, will reward you with silver coins and a certain amount of experience points. You will be able to locate them more easily once you have obtained the "Secrets Collector" skill, which will make the boxes in question appear on the game map.

In a single run, you won't be able to find 200 crates, but they seem to "reset" after a certain amount of time they have been opened.

Expert explorer

Open all the red stock boxes.

In this case, the red crates will differ from their yellow "colleagues" in that they will contain collectible items and, moreover, in that they are closed. To open them, in fact, you'll have to find a floppy disk (present in the same area of the crate) that will contain the combination to open the trunk. It goes without saying that you will have to decipher the combination yourself.

Tribute

Get the Dunwall souvenir.

You got it right: this trophy is a real easter egg from Dishonored, and can only be found in one area of the game. How to achieve this achievement? First, go to Victory Boulevard after you get the Dieselkraftwerk weapon, because you will need it to open the door.

From the starting point of the subway in this area, go ahead and enter the building in front of you; at this point, go up the stairs to the top floor. Proceed in this direction until you will find a door on your left that will open with the Dieselkraftwerk. Inside this room, on a table, you will find the Dishonored Rune, and the trophy will be yours.

Dark Days

Access all dungeons.

The dungeons are real connection zones between one area and another, which will serve you for the most diverse purposes. Fortunately, if you take part in all the missions of Wolfenstein: Youngblood , you will automatically unlock this trophy too, as the secondary missions will ask you to pass (and, therefore, access) to all the dungeons in the game.

Strong as an army

Reach level 10 mastery with all weapons.

Here is one of the longest trophies in the game. To get a certain level of skill with a certain weapon, you will have to make a certain number of kills with that weapon; for example, level 1 will ask you to kill 40 enemies, level 2 will ask you to kill 80, and so on.

How many kills does it take to achieve level 10 mastery in all weapons? About 5450, much, much more than the enemies in the game. The solution, needless to say, is to repeat a few missions, so you can make this trophy. The recommended area is Little Berlin, where you can repeat the first mission of the game, since all the enemies present are without armor.

Pistolera

Reach level 10 mastery with the gun.

The gun is the first weapon with which you will start the game. To reach level 10 of skill, you will need to make 400 kills.

Meat grinder

Reach level 10 mastery with the Sturmgewehr.

To reach level 10 mastery with this weapon, you will need to make 600 kills.

Lead cloud

Reach level 10 mastery with the Kugelgewehr.

To achieve level 10 mastery with this weapon, you will need to make 600 kills.

Electric air

Reach level 10 mastery with the Elektrokraftwerk.

To achieve level 10 mastery with this weapon, you will have to make 400 kills.

Dust to dust

Reach level 10 mastery with the Laserkraftwerk.

To achieve level 10 mastery with this weapon, you will need to make 400 kills.

Demolition machine

Reach level 10 mastery with the Dieselkraftwerk.

To achieve level 10 mastery with this weapon, you will need to make 400 kills.

Hammer time

Reach level 10 mastery with a Hammer weapon.

This trophy can be obtained with any of the 4 types of Hammer weapons (Kugelhammer, Laserhammer, Dieselhammer or Uberhammer). However, to get the "Strong as an Army" trophy, you'll have to get the level 10 mastery with all four of these weapons.

The best way to kill with the Kugelhammer and the Laserhammer is to use those commonly found on the turrets supports. These have unlimited ammunition and still count for the total. As for the Dieselhammer, you'll simply have to limit yourself to point it at weaker enemies and fire it. The Uberhammer, finally, eliminates most normal human enemies in a single shot and doesn't need many kills, so it's by far the easiest to take to level 10 mastery.

Below is a list of all the kills needed for the weapons in question:

  • Kugelhammer - 60 kills for each level, 600 kills for level 10 mastery;
  • Laserhammer/Dieselhammer - 40 kills for each level, 400 kills for mastery level 10;
  • Uberhammer - 5 kills for each level, 50 kills for mastery level 10;

Blind Fire

Reach level 10 mastery with the Blitzgewehr.

To reach level 10 mastery with this weapon, you will need to make 600 kills.

Take the belt

Reach level 10 mastery with the Maschinenpistole.

To achieve level 10 mastery with this weapon, you will have to make 400 kills.

Sliced

Reach skill level 10 with a hand-to-hand weapon.

To achieve level 10 skill with this weapon, you will need to make 200 kills.

God mode

Kill 50 enemies with their own bullets.

To get this trophy, you will first need to be in possession of the Key of God, an item you will find once you enter Lab X. As soon as you get it, have your enemies shoot at you and then press the Wolfenstein: Youngblood Trophies and Achievements Guideto equip the object and L2 to block the bullets. As soon as the charge is full, the bullets will be "returned to sender", killing your enemies.

Silver

Get all the improved weapon upgrades.

To get this trophy, you will need to buy all the upgrades for your arsenal. In this case, you'll have to use up your savings, i.e. the silver coins in your possession. To buy everything you need, you'll need to have between 150,000 and 200,000 coins, which makes this trophy the longest one you can get.

Superhuman

Get all the skills.

Skills can be acquired with the classic skill points, which can be obtained each time you level up and each time you complete certain missions. Some skills will require you to reach a certain level in order to be unlocked and, in some cases, to have acquired the skill of the previous rank. To obtain this trophy, you will need 80 skill points.
