Where to find the Dartmoor case file in Hitman 3
The file is located in a safe hidden in Alexa Carlisle's office on the second floor of the estate. You don't need to delete it to get the file back, and there are several ways to get to it without being detected. If you get a bodyguard disguise you can go there directly, but you will need to find the security code (1975) before you can take the file. You can also solve the Dartmoor murder mystery and request the dossier as a reward, which will also present you with the perfect opportunity for an accidental kill.

- Meet at Alexa Carlisle's office on the second floor of the building.
- Press the button on the chair.
- Enter the code 1975 to open the safe.
- Get the folder.
If you want to solve the murder mystery and get the file as a reward, follow these steps.
- Disguise yourself as a private investigator.
- Talk to Alexa Carlisle in the lobby.
- Follow Mr. Fernsby and examine Zachary's room.
- Come back to Mr. Fernsby and ask for more information.
- Interrogate the five suspects and search their rooms for clues.
- Come back to Mr. Fernsby with your conclusions.
- Follow Mr. Fernsby to the Alexa Carlisle office.
- Blame Emma, Mr. Fernsby or Zachary.
- Request the file as a reward when prompted.
After asking for the file as a reward, Alexa Carlisle will ask for a moment of privacy and walk alone to the balcony. You can follow her outside for an easy assassination opportunity, push her for an accidental kill, or take care of her however you see fit.
