How to create remedies in Windbound

Food is your go-to item for replenishing your health and stamina in Windbound. Sometimes, however, you might want a tonic that gives you a stamina boost, recharges your health over time, or gives you attack bonuses.

This is where the remedies come in. They can be crafted if you have the right ingredients, so it is worth investing in them for subsequent chapters or in Survivalist difficulty.

The first thing to do is to collect clay and raw metal. You can find out how to mine clay and mine raw metal in the linked guides. Once you get some of it, you can craft the items needed to craft remedies.

First, you will need to make two fires. On one you need to make a clay oven, and on the other - a metal oven. Clay ovens allow you to make clay pots (two clay and two thick grass) that you need to store your remedies. Metal ovens, on the other hand, allow you to cook these remedies before transferring them to clay pots.

Once you have made clay pots, you can make remedies. Each potion requires different ingredients and gives you a unique boost, so experiment with which ones suit your playstyle. You can find out what you need to brew each tonic below, as well as where to find their ingredients.
