Hitting an enemy with a Jedi lightsaber throw: Fallen Order takes a bit of practice. You're going to find a handful of enemies that can survive with one hit, but there is an exploit called Triple Take you get for taking out three enemies with one hit.
After completing this achievement, you must acquire the Lightsaber Throw ability in the Lightsaber skill tree. Having the Power Throw skill is also helpful, increasing the distance Cal throws his lightsaber.
The best way to achieve this achievement is to revisit Zeffo or Kashyyyk. These planets are characterized by the greatest Imperial activity, which gives you the best chance of encountering the weakest storm enemies. These are your best targets for achieving this achievement.
You want to spend time finding a small group of Storm, Ranged, or Melee bases. Having a combination of the two might be better. When you have three or more in a small group, do your best to find a small alley or choke point to group them together to keep them grouped together.
When they start attacking you, aim for the stormtrooper in the back and throw your lightsaber at them. Your lightsaber will pop out, possibly hitting the person in the back. Since he's active in flight, you should hit the other two stormtroopers as well.
This technique worked very well against ranged Storm players, who preferred to stay closer to each other and stayed at bay. Melee soldiers are more likely to run to you to fight, possibly interrupting you or ruining your chance to get all three.
