Mortal Shell: How To Get Baghead's Secret Ending | Easter Egg Guide

The best part about this ending? This does not prevent you from continuing the game. This secret is available after defeating your first major boss - one of the items you need only appears after the mist. The ending allows you to quietly go out, play your lute, and ignore all the problems in the world. Sounds like the perfect end to 2020.

How To Get The Secret Ending | Guide "Brigand Life"

To obtain a easter egg secret ending, you will need to find the NPC Baghead. Find it near the Fallgrim path leading to the entrance to the Eternal Narthex - there is a water path where you will find the Giant Frog NPC. Behind the frog there is a hill path that leads to the bandit camp.

Continue past the Bandit Camp and make your way to a bridge leading to a giant tree. This is where you will find Bag head. Talk to him and he will tell you that he really wants something to eat.

  • Talk to Baghead with a Roast rat in your inventory. To select[[Yes] to give it to him.
  • Talk to Baghead again with Superior Moonshine in your inventory. To select[[Yes] to give it to him.

Give him the Roast Rat and the Superior Moonshine, and he will offer to stay with him as a bandit. To select[[Yes] to get a hidden end!

At the end, you'll spend some time playing the lute as the ghouls slowly invade Fallgrim, getting closer to the bandits in the area. After the short scene you will get credits! You are just spending time enjoying the good life and ignoring all the horrible issues in your weird fantasy world.

Once the credits are obtained, you will return to the last checkpoint you used. Don't worry, this is not an end state. You will be able to continue the game and earn your true ending after experiencing this one.

To complete this ending, you will earn the [[Brigand Life] trophy / achievement.
